I've been drawing professionally for four years, and drawing for fun for 15 years. My art style has changed a lot throughout the years! Being able to experiment with different mediums along with subjects helped me find my style of drawing. Going through different design classes taught me to be more creative and to be able to truly embark on a style that suited me.

My name is Emilie Cannon, but you can call me Emi if you’d like.
I’m an Utah based artist creating drawings, prints, and paintings as I navigate through my career. My goal is to create unique clothes to share my passion amongst others and creativity.
All while doing this, I am currently working towards my Bachelors of Studio Arts (Drawing, Painting, Printmaking) and 2 minors, Art History and Art Education.
Some of my other passions I love besides creating new pieces are collecting art from others, reading books (Thriller, fantasy, romance, horror), getting tattoos, being outside, going off roading, and traveling.
Fun Fact: I LOVE flamingos!!! I got to get close to one in Key West, Florida, and got to live out my dreams of seeing them close and in person.
My Style
I specialize in black and white in ink, color pencil, and oil paint. I started to try out color as well.
While I've been trained in different mediums, I found a deep connection to black and white drawings. I love how you can see each stoke of the pen and how it all works together. I also really enjoy adding a splash of color in a unique way!
